First of all, let’s talk about anxiety: Many people live with anxiety daily. There’s what I feel is “normal” anxiety, which is a natural emotion that we, as humans have… and then there’s that super intense ultra irrational, I can’t sleep, I can’t eat, I can’t think straight - anxiety.
